You are responsible for the content you submit to the App and the use of any information or solutions provided by the AI. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content.

Firebase Remote Config allows us to remotely update certain app features, settings, and content without requiring you to download app updates. This ensures you always have access to the latest features and improvements.

RevenueCat is used to manage your subscription status and provide you with the appropriate features based on your subscription level. RevenueCat integrates with the App Store to ensure secure and reliable subscription management.

8.4 Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, these third-party services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will work to restore services as quickly as possible and are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

9. Camera and Device Permissions

The App requires camera access to scan chemistry problems. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. We only access the camera when you explicitly initiate scanning and process images locally on your device where possible.

10. Subscription and Payment Terms

10.1 Free and Paid Features

The App may offer both free and paid features. Paid features may require a subscription or one-time purchase through the App Store.

10.2 Billing and Subscription Management

All payments are processed securely through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription states and provide you with the appropriate features based on your subscription level. RevenueCat helps us deliver a seamless subscription experience while ensuring all payment processing remains secure through Apple's systems. We do not have access to your payment information.

10.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the App Store's refund policy. Please contact the App Store directly for refund requests.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting the App from your device and ceasing use of our services.

11.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
